     Open Joint-Stock Company "Russian Debt Corporation" would like to introduce the information and trade system "Russian debt instruments market". The system has been developed to be an instrument that allows companies and debt market operators to make deals and obtain reliable on-line information on demand and offer for debt instruments, mainly for naked debentures.
     The purpose of the system is development of information and trade portal suitable for all debt market participants and uniting all professional participants and operators of the Russian debt market in order to assist in reduction of tax liabilities of RF businesses and as well as in mutual non-payments settlements.

You can offer your promissory notes for sale or place your request for purchasing debts of companies or industries you’re interested in.
